SCP-914 Recipes

SCP-914, the Clockworks, is a room SCP that always generates in the Light Containment Zone. Drop items in the intake booth, start the machine, wait out the short refine, and pick them up in output. In Anomaly Lockdown the knob is stuck on Fine. You cannot swing it to Rough, Coarse, 1:1, or Very Fine the way SCP: Secret Laboratory players expect.

Anyone can use 914: Class-D, scientists, Guards who rotated down, later Chaos, even an SCP that can press buttons. The intended early-round users are humans who just left the cells. Finish your cycles before 18:35, when playable SCPs spawn in Heavy Containment. Route context lives on map zones and how to escape.

Stay inside the intake booth with the items. The machine will not refine you into a gun. It will move you to output with the loot so you do not lose an M249 to a stranger in the hallway. Some items have refine limits; if a card or vest stops upgrading, stop feeding it.

This page is the recipe list. The tools hub links it next to pity chances. There are still no promo codes that spawn an Omni card.

Guns

Primaries to AA12 or M249

Put any of these primaries in intake. Fine output is AA12 or M249:

Double Barrel, XM1014, KSG, Striker, Kriss Vector, UMP 45, FAMAS, F2000, P90, MP5k, SG533, Honey Badger, AUG, SCAR-L, M4A1, M4A1-S, AK47.

KSG took a nerf on 21 August 2026, so refining it away is often correct. AKM numbers moved on 24, 25, and 29 August (clip 30, damage 21, spread 0.45, recoil 0.55 on the Modified AKM). 914 still lists AK47 in the primary bucket, not every named variant; if a gun is not in the table, test once and do not assume a second Fine.

UNGOC’s M249 (clip 60, damage 16, weight 3 after 25 August) is a faction spawn gun. 914 can still print an M249 for a Class-D who only found a P90. That is why Clockworks is the LCZ power spike.

Secondaries

If you already hold a Deagle, a second Fine is a gamble toward a primary, which you can then Fine toward AA12 or M249. Do not loop pistols forever if a refine limit hits.

Melees

Knife, broom, crowbar, or batonMetal pipe
Metal pipeStunstick

Class-D broom into pipe into stunstick is the melee ladder. The stunstick is the stopping point, not a Very Fine secret sword.

Keycards

IntakeFine output
Level 1 keycard, or Site Manager keycard (4)Level 2
Level 2Level 3
Level 3Level 4
Level 4, or Hacking DeviceLevel 5 or Omni

Site Manager (4) is the listed alternate intake for the first jump to L2. Do not eat a Site Manager card unless you know your squad still has a way through checkpoints. Hacking Device sits on the last rung with L4.

Card work is why scientists should escort instead of dying in Medical Bay. A single L1 from the closet can become Omni if you survive the booth. Guards who already spawn with higher cards should donate junk L1s to D-class rather than hogging the machine.

Medical, trackers, grenades, armor

Smoke, flash, gas, or incendiary grenadeFrag grenade
Guard HelmetReinforced Helmet

SCP-500 is the top of the medical ladder; do not Fine it again hoping for a second miracle. Utility nades become frags, which is a buff for humans who found only a flash in a closet. Hi-Vis to Light Vest to Tactical Vest is the armor line; stop when the vest refuses another cycle.

Enemy tracker is the intel output. If you are hunting SCPs after 18:35, a clipboard Fine is more useful than a second broom.

Booth habits that keep you alive

Clear the room first. Close the chamber door if you can. Drop the item, step fully into intake, start Fine, wait. Grab output immediately. If two people refine at once, call the queue in voice; proximity chat is on in this experience.

Do not refine in the last minute before a reinforcement wave if you are the only card holder. Waves at 15:00 can dump NTF, Chaos, GRU-P, UNGOC, or UIU onto Surface while you are sealed in a booth. Watch the clock the same way you watch the warhead after 7:00.

914 will not save a bad pity night by itself, but it converts leftover Class-D into a gun and a card. Combine it with the pity tool when you want fewer cell spawns tomorrow. Skip injected item ESP; the scripts hub ban from 24 August 2026 is permanent.

Gun meta still moves on the weapons tier list. 914 output names (AA12, M249, Deagle, MAC-10, stunstick) have been stable across the late-August patches even while AKM and M249 stats changed. If a future patch adds a recipe, it will land here first, then on the tools hub. Until then, Fine is Fine, the booth is a free teleport for you and the loot, and LCZ Clockworks remains the most honest upgrade machine in this early-development build.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Where is SCP-914 in Anomaly Lockdown?

Always in Light Containment inside its chamber. Reach it with a card from cells or Medical Bay before SCPs spawn at 18:35.

Can I set 914 to Very Fine?

No. Fine is locked. Every recipe on this page assumes Fine.

Should I stand in the intake booth?

Yes. You are not refined. The machine carries you to output with the items so they are harder to steal.

What guns come out of primary Fine?

AA12 or M249 from the listed primaries (P90, M4A1, AK47, KSG, and the rest of the table).

How do I get an Omni or Level 5 card?

Fine an L4 card or a Hacking Device. Start from L1 or a Site Manager (4) card and climb one level per successful cycle.

Do refine limits mean I can loop forever?

No. Some items stop upgrading. When a vest or gun ignores Fine, keep it and leave the booth.
